Marketing Project Manager (Partnerships and Sponsorships)

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a marketing project manager with B2B expertise in our Montreal office. In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing projects and campaigns to promote our Total Rewards solutions to our clients. You will work closely with all our practices and internal departments to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

 

As a marketing project manager focusing on partnerships and sponsorships, you will play an advisory and operational role in the execution and development of marketing projects and campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing projects and campaigns, many of which stem from partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Help design multi-channel marketing projects and campaigns leveraging your comprehensive understanding of them.
  • Prepare schedules with the coordinator’s support, follow up on changes and ensure consistency with the senior project manager.
  • Develop, produce and deploy various sponsorship activations (partner webinars, promotional kiosks, promotional emails, expert content articles, fact sheets, flyers, product and service demonstrations, conference presentations, etc.).
  • Manage projects according to guidelines and deadlines (planning meetings and follow-ups, completing milestones on time, coordinating with internal teams to ensure messages are consistent and relevant, etc.) collaboratively with the senior project manager.
  • Support and advise internal clients in planning and producing deliverables (writing, editing and optimizing marketing content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness of messages), in partnership with the senior project manager.
  • Anticipate issues, identify risks and improvement measures, and share them with the senior project manager.
  • Collaborate with external providers and partners to ensure projects are on time and on budget, while maintaining regular communication and demonstrating a medium- and long-term vision.
  • Establish and maintain professional business relationships with various partners and providers.

Competencies sought:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position in a B2B context, ideally in the actuarial consulting or professional services field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or other related field.
  • Proven experience in partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. You will be in frequent contact with internal clients, partners and providers whose language of business is English.
