Compensation Analyst

We are currently looking for an analyst in the area of compensation for our Montreal office.

 

Under the guidance of the Practice Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting consultants in delivering consulting services to clients
  • Producing technical projects such as comparative analyses, job evaluations, salary structures, incentive compensation and organizational diagnoses
  • Preparing presentations for client files
  • Working with various organizations when conducting market studies
  • Conducting research on market trends with a view to developing conferences and products
  • Sharing accountability for client satisfaction and management
  • To be considered, you must be in the process of completing your undergraduate or graduate studies in human resources, management, finance, economics, or mathematics.
